Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel scheduled appointments up to 2 hours prior to the assigned technician starting the travel journey without penalty.

2. Refunds

If an online payment was deducted for a cancelled service or returned unopened spare part, refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days directly to the original payment source.
