How Data Deletion Works at New RO Quick Service
When you request deletion of your New RO Quick Service customer or technician account:
- Immediate Anonymization: Your login credentials, saved addresses, profile pictures, and active mobile authentication tokens will be permanently scrubbed from our active directory.
- Retained Legal Records: As mandated by Indian Tax Laws and the GST Act, past financial tax invoices, payment transaction IDs, and statutory service reports must be retained in an encrypted legal archive for 7 years.
- Active Subscriptions: Any active AMC contracts or pending service warranty requests will be terminated upon confirmation.
