Cancellation Policy

1. Service Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel a scheduled service up to 2 hours before the assigned technician starts travelling to the service location.

2. Technician Dispatched

Once a technician has started travelling, applicable visiting or inspection charges may become payable where permitted by the confirmed booking terms.

3. AMC and Product Orders

Cancellation eligibility for AMC plans and product orders depends on whether service activation, dispatch, installation, or consumption has already started.
